<p>What watt bulbs do you guys use for studying?</p>
<p>I heard anything above a 60 is bad fr the eyes....</p>
<p>Is your a table lamp, upqward lamp, or a recessed amp from the cieling? Sounds stupid, i know, but i just relized that on eof the reason i procastinate is cuz of mylamp...makes my eyes hurt, :+(</p>

<p>I don't know what I should get..but my lamp hurts my eyes too. And I think it's 60 watts. Any suggestions for less "eye-hurting" lamps would be great.</p>
