Study Hall?

For freshman year I have to select two electives, or three if you don’t take a language. I want to go get my requirements for graduation out of the way which include visual and performing arts, 21st century life careers, and financial literacy. I want to get them out of the way so I can take more AP classes in my future years of high school. I want to know if I should take 1 elective and a study hall freshman year because I will be taking 4 honors classes. Or if I should not take a study hall and rather take 2 electives instead, so I can take more AP classes in junior and senior year, which will look better on college aps. Thanks!

it really depends on your school. Study hall wasnt necessary for me in freshman year but I’m glad i took it, i never had to take anything home and got a period to chill each day.
if you have a good work ethic and are more concerned about your future than i was, id say skip study hall and take the electives

I think if you feel confident about your honors classes, I would take the two electives. Perhaps you could say specifically what classes you are taking, since different classes have different workloads?
