Studying for MCAT

So I know there are 4 sections on the MCAT
Physical Sciences
Verbal Reasoning
Writing Sample
Biological Sciences

And I know the general requirements for pre-med:
Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biology, English, Physics, Calculus, Biochem, Genetics

So my question is: What classes must have I taken in order to start preparing for each section?
For example, once I finish 1 year of bio, can I start prepping for Biological sciences? When I finish chem/orgo/physics/calc can I start prepping for physical sciences?

I heard verbal reasoning and writing sample don't require any classes
