I have a SAT score of 2150 (M-710, CR-690, W-750) and my subject tests are Lit - 710, M II - 720, and Bio E - 710.

I'm hoping to get into Stanford (my extracurrics are there and I have straight A's). For my next SAT registration, should I shoot for better Subjects, or a better Reasoning?

please answer asap

Your Subject scores are good, your Math and writing are good, but retake the reasoning to try to bring CR to 700 or higher.

So you really think those subjects are good enough? I looked online and they are about in the 85th percentile (except math II is in about the 65th). I’m just confused as to how important the subjects are. Btw, i only took the reasoning once, and it was last year

Buy the Barron’s workbooks for the SAT I and get to work.
The Barron’s SAT Math II book is also excellent. I hadn’t taken Pre-calc in over a year and scored 770 with 3 days of studying it.
Barron’s will get you into Stanford.

There is no good enough score, however anything 700 or higher is competitive. A 700 or higher on each section is preferred. Colleges dont look at percentiles, only scores, the reason the percentiles are a bit unusual for the SAT 2 tests is because the SAT 2 tests are self-selecting tests.

You can wikipedia or google “self-selecting” if you dont understand what I’m saying.

You don’t have a chance in hell at Stanford…
