What subject SAT tests are required for students from the non-science background, especially at the University of Notre Dame? Also, can students sit for only one subject test?
ND does not require any Subject Tests.
A college will post on its site what Subject Tests are required. So, for example, some engineering programs will ask for a math and a science. Some others (but very few) will ask for a STEM and a humanities. If the college does not specify, it’s the applicant’s choice, although Subject Tests that are duplicative (e.g. M1 and M2 or Spanish and Spanish with Listening) are not encouraged.
