so I'm going to make this extremely short:

I got a 700 on the USH subject test in june.
I believe with study I can score around a 780+ on math II and a 750+ in literature.

I know people hate speculated scores, but taking a 780 in Math II and say a...(let's estimate lower) 740 in lit, would these scores be sufficient for Ivies? I know obviously they won't HELP me, but I don't want them to HURT me.

Thanks in advance to anyone that replies.

EDIT: I forgot to add: I got a 680 on the lit test in june with no prep. I realize it is a poor score but I want people to know that I have the potential to bring it up.

Those score will not hurt you. I think that as long as you bring lit up 40-50 points they would all be pretty solid (assuming you also get a 780+ on math).

wow! thanks so much for the reply. I’ve actually read a good number of your posts and I respect your opinion and honor your credibility.

Having said this, do you truly believe thiese are solid scores for say Harvard? I felt that my USH score was very low and wasn’t sure if a lit of 740 and math II of 780 would make up for it.

Thank you again in advance for your reply. I really respect your opinion and honesty.

EDIT: I will accept ANYONE else’s opinion, I seriously respect all the opinions on cc.
