Subject Tests and Early Decision

<p>Do you have to take SAT subject tests for early decision? What schools require this?</p>

<p>Ivy leagues require them. Most top tiers (like Duke/ Vandy / W&M ) will request 2 subject tests on top of the SAT I in place of an ACT score!</p>

<p>Note that if you submit the ACT with writing, then you may not need to submit subject test scores (Yale, Brown, Penn). I believe that the other Ivies require them- as always, best advice is to check with each institution.</p>

<p>@psychodad is correct. I know that Harvard requires 2 subject tests reguardless of what all you are sending in.</p>
