I have already taken 1 subject test and will take the other 2 tomorrow. However, I am sick so I would, therefore, perform poorly. Is it better to take the 2 tests and get bad scores or not take them at all (I do have a doctors note saying I display symptoms of influenza, which I can send to Georgetown as a reason why I didn’t take the 2). Also, what happens if I end up taking only 1 test tomorrow - will only taking 2 subject tests be a serious detriment for my application (even if I submit the note indicating why I did not take one of them)?
From Georgetown’s website: If there are extenuating circumstances which prevent an applicant from submitting three SAT Subject Test scores, the applicant should provide a written explanation to the Committee on Admissions to be included with the application. https://uadmissions.georgetown.edu/firstyear/preparation
Ugh. I wish I had read this earlier. I went to my last sat 2 test not feeling well and did really poorly. The score is an anomaly with my other scores so do you think it will really hurt me?
