Sublet apartment for summer near Colubmia campus

<p>Hi all,</p>

<p>I'm a student at the University of Chicago and I'll be interning in NYC this summer. I was wondering if Columbia University has a website that helps students find places to sublet. </p>

<p>For us UChicago students, if you want to find an apartment to sublet, you visit marketplace.uchicago.edu or uchicagoapartments.com. </p>

<p>Are there websites similar to those for Columbia students to post their sublets so people like me can contact them? I'd rather use a university-affiliated site than browse craigslist.</p>

<p>I’m an undergraduate student at Cleveland State University and I’ll be interning in NYC this summer too! I’m looking for an affordable place in or around the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood. Please let me know if you find any information about subletting apartments. </p>

<p>Unpaid internship are certainly an investment… Last semester, I paid $1,350 a month in rent to intern with the Discovery Channel :confused: Does the University of Chicago provide any financial support (i.e stipend) to students pursuing an internship out of state?</p>

<p>Fortunately, my internship in NYC is not not unpaid, so I’ll be able to afford housing (though I’d like to save as much as possible). I’m just interested in figuring out what websites people use to contact people subletting</p>

<p>You should do soon, those dorms go pretty quickly. Just a note, New School’s dorms had AC.</p>
