I plan to submit my application to Yale for regular decision some time this week. I have finished taking the SAT Reasoning Test and am ready to send those scores. However, I have taken two SAT Subject Tests that would, technically, fulfill the testing requirement, but I am registered to take two additional SAT Subject Tests in December to bolster my application. I am unsure when to send what scores. I want to send just my SAT Reasoning Test scores now, because they are ready and it would be good to have some scores to send to admissions along with my application, and then wait until December to send all of my SAT subject tests. I don't want to send my SAT I scores and my two available SAT II scores together right now, because I don't want to be judged based on just those SAT II scores when other hopefully promising scores will be received in December. Or should I wait until December when my scores come in to send all of my SAT I and SAT II scores together? Thank you for your help!

When you send your SAT scores, college board automatically sends ALL SAT scores to Yale. There is no way to pick and choose which scores you want them to send.

That being said, there is little chance that Yale will look at your application before the RD deadline, so if you signed up to have these December SAT II scores sent when you registered, those should arrive at Yale prior to them reviewing your application.

I honestly wouldn’t worry! And I hope that this was able to help you!
