Submitted ED agreement by accident

So on 8/11/11 I submitted the Penn Early Decision agreement. Don't ask why or how. The problem is I haven't fully completed my Common Application. Does this mean that my uncompleted application was sent to Penn and now I can't do anything about it?

Text in red says:

"You have successfully submitted the applicant component of the Early Decision Agreement. The completed Early Decision Agreement will be submitted by your counselor after your counselor and parent/legal guardian (if applicable) have read and signed their respective components."

To me, this makes it sound like my application has been sent out, which is definitely not what I want. But then a sentence in the paragraph after says:

"Your signed agreement will also be signed by your parent or legal guardian (if applicable) and counselor, and will then be submitted to this college by your counselor."

Does this mean that the application actually hasn't been sent out and won't be sent out until my college counselor signs something and sends it out for me?

Please help! Thanks

Do you want to apply to Penn ED or did you want to apply RD? If you applied ED by mistake you can change your application to RD.

No, your application has not been sent to Penn. Remember, you can always check the status of any form for any school on your My Colleges page.

Ok thanks everyone.

Yes - I am applying ED, I just wanted to make sure my application was not actually sent out to the school, since I know you can send your application in before the deadline.
