Suggestions on where to enrol?

Hey guys,
I've narrowed my college options to UCB, UCLA, USC and Harvey Mudd. I've decided I don't really want to go to the East coast. The problem is I can't decide between them all. I'm going in as a pre med student and I fully intend to continue and hopefully get into medical school. Harvey Mudd has some serious grade deflation so I don't know how getting into med school from there would be... also the campus, well I can't really find much on it. There aren't many pictures. However, Harvey Mudd would give me a VERY solid background in science and apparently medical school is a breeze after it. Also, the student to teacher ratio means that I'd have a very strong relationship with professors.
But Berkeley's amazing too and who knows I may find Harvey Mudd too small or too academically focused for me (not that Berkeley's not). Anyway, does anyone have pros and cons or any suggestions for me please?

Thank you in advance! :)

From what I hear, Berkeley can be pretty cutthroat, what with the curve and everything, but a competitive environment would better help you be pushed to do your best. A competitive undergrad will also help prepare you for the insane competition in med school. I’m a bit biased because I am going to Berkeley, but proximity to San Fransisco is definitely a pro for the school. Outside of academics, you want an environment that you can find enjoyable. For pre-med, I also think that Berkeley is ranked better than UCLA. Harvey Mudd is kindof the odd one out in your group. I think that you first need to decide between small LAC vs. a larger school to narrow down your choices.
