Summer B 2007 Housing

For some reason 3 out of my 5 roommates through the years have moved in the same time as me. The worst was when one brought his entire family (parents, grandparents, 1st and 2nd cousins, and siblings.)

I looked him up on facebook but I think its probably time i give a call, i mean one of us has to do it right.

Anyone else not contact their roommate yet?

I've contacted my roommate. Both on facebook and we have talked on the phone.

I would def. message them on facebook at least. Its good to know when they are going to arrive and all.

i feel awkward contacting mine.....i mean...what would i say? "hi im ur roomate at UF this summer...bye?"

yea its just weird if you call and they don't really talk back then you feel really awkward but I think i will call him anyway.... it's better than communicating for the first time when we are living in the same room

If you have facebook, do it through there, lol. My roommate for the Summer was my best friend, we requested each other, and our other roommate was the RA. I messaged him through Facebook. For the Fall I messaged me two other new roommates through facebook as well. I think the phone is a little awkard. Maybe message each other on Facebook, then talk on the phone...

^ Which dorm do you live in? Beaty, Keys, or Lakeside?

I didn't do summer. :( Do you guys think it's a good idea to pick up some easy credits for my sophomore year or later?

That was what I did last year. I'm not living on campus this year. I lived in Lakeside when I started Summer B 2006 and was at Beaty during Fall/Spring 06-07
