Anyone know of a good summer class to take here at A&M that is not absolutely killer yet is worth while as far as basic requirements?

Which requirement are you looking to fulfill? I took HLTH 236 online which was very easy and I haven’t been to THAR 281 in like 3 weeks and have a 97, although I don’t believe my professor will be teaching this summer.

best to take summer school at community college to save $$$.

^ Can’t do that. For purposes of changing my major in an efficient way where I know the advisor can force me into classes, I must take summer session 1 to satisfy one last prereq in order to be eligible to switch. So instead of wasting my time with taking only 1 course, I want to take something else with it. I need a VPA, Humanities, or a COMM. Taking HLTH 236 and its a joke.

THAR 281 is a joke a lot more than HLTH 236 was. I’d imagine it would be similar, but quackenbush is notorious for being easy, as compared to the one professor they currently have listed.

If you wanted a comm you could take like technical writing or something?

frankly, i think summer school is WAY easier anyway!!! so even if you take a real class, you will probably do fine.

I took MUSC 201, HIST 105, and PHYS 306 my summer after freshman year, all of which were easy.
