Summer extracurriculars

<p>Hey guys
Does anyone know which year summer activities count for?
For example, if I participated in an activity for the summer between 9th grade and 10th grade and also during my 10th grade school year, do i check off that I participated in the activity in both 9th and 10th grade? or is it just for 10th grade?</p>
