Summer Options: Some Advice

I am a junior at a target (in the College of Arts and Sciences though, not the b-school) and my summer opportunities are as follows:

1) A position at a BB in their finance group. Half way through the summer I am asked to apply to two programs, usually the finance group and any other group of my choosing, which in my case would be corp fin. From what I was told about half of the kids in the finance group leave and a lot of them apply and get into the corp fin group.

2) A position with another BB in their Global Markets Technology group. The bank is pouring a lot of money into their Investment Bank and are over-paying people. They also claim to have ease of mobility within the firm, but not like the above mentioned bank.

3) A position with one of the big four accounting firms in their business due diligence group. I think the experience here will be closest to any IB internship since I would still be doing valuations etc. From what I have read and been told this internship will most likely get me interviews for full-time spots at a BB, but I will get grilled on technicals and some BBs will wonder why I didn't work at a bank so they will be skeptical.

Which position will put me in the best place to get into a BB for a full-time spot? Which one will give me the best experience for getting into a BB? Rankings for the three? Any thoughts, advice, criticisms are appreciated.
