Summer Programs at Brandeis?

Does anyone know any good proffessors in Pre-Med, Biology, or Chemistry at Brandeis that are doing research and would allow a high-school student to go there an do an internship alongside them?

I am a Sophmore from New Jersey.
I attend a magnet high School in New Jersey, and major in Bio-medicine
(Not bergen academy, but Englewood Academy)
I am pretty good student if that helps.

PLEASSE I REALLY NEED TO FIND AN INTERNSHIP THIS SUMMER!

Anyone there???

I will be attending Brandeis as a freshman this fall, and I am unaware of any such internships. I believe research internships are offered during the academic year, but I've never heard of summer internship opportunities for high schoolers. I would recommend that you visit Brandeis' website www.brandeis.edu and email an admissions rep for information.

Probably your best bet would be simply e-mailing professors. Go to the department websites and see which research intrigues you. However, I'm not sure the professors would take high schoolers. Brandeis does have a high school program called Genesis that I've heard wonderful things about. You might want to look into that. Don't stress about finding an internship this summer. You still have time. I say do something fun, yet meaningful, with your summers in high school. Worry about internships and jobs later. >_<
