<p>Hey everyone- I have been lurking for some time now, but this is my first post. I will be a freshman at NYU/Tisch/ CAP 21 next year, and I'm starting to plan for the summer after freshman year (and the summers after that). I know that summer stock is certainly an option, but I would also be interested in doing a program with straight theatre or classical voice (less mt focused performing, broaden my options). I've heard of programs at RADA and BADA for straight theatre, but I've gotten very few recommendations as far as voice. Something in Europe would be especially appealing. Any suggestions?</p>
<p>You might want to contact Goukla whose D was selected to participate in (sorry I forget the actual name of it) a classical music program in Italy last summer. </p>
<p>For straight theater, NYU/Tisch has summer abroad programs. Example, the one in Amsterdam which is supposed to be great.</p>
