Summer Programs for Rising Juniors?

I'm a sophomore that is interested in doing a summer program at a college this year, especially one that is more prestigoius and selective. I've been researching and looking at different ones and most of them are for current juniors that will be seniors. I haven't found many that are for my grade yet. It'd be even better if the program was free or handed out scholarships too.

My main interests are science (mainly biology and chemistry) and anything business-related.

I'm interested in going to any sort of camp that pertains to my two interests, science or business, whether it be scientific research, economics, or even leadership.

What are some camps that a rising junior could do over the summer? Links and brief descriptions would be appreciated too. :)

Hey, check out Youth Policy Summit ([Youth Policy Summit](http://www.youthpolicysummit.org/)). In 2012 there are 6 programs at college campuses around the country, open to rising juniors and seniors. Every YPS program is focused on a science-intensive policy issue, and has students study businesses, nonprofits and government entities and ultimately come up with their own policy solutions. It’s a great program and a fun chance to live on a college campus, and scholarships are available for low-income students. Many of the host colleges have offered to waive application fees for YPS alumni, so it is a great thing to have on your resume.
