Summer Programs

So this summer I am trying to figure out what I want to do as application deadlines will be fast approaching in November. I have 3 top options that I am thinking of applying for and just want your input on what to apply for/what I should do:
1. Girl Scout Destination Trip: Girls Scouts heads these trips to places around the US and internationally, the one that I plan for applying to is a 2 week service trip to Costa Rica and Panama. I not only want to do this for the community service and cultural immersion, but also to practice my Spanish (I am currently in Spanish 4 and plan on AP Spanish next year)
2. Habitat for Humanity Learn and Build Experience: this is only for a week but I feel like it would be a really good experience to open my eyes up to something new
3. Governors School: I know it is really hard to get into to but I would probably also apply to summer programs at some ivy's as back up options, but this would be my first choice if I went down this route. I feel like this would be great for my resume and I'm sure it would be fun.

One other thing I have to consider is that I am recovering from an ACL tear and the summer of 2014 is when I will be starting all of my dance classes again, so some of these might derail that.
