<p>I got mine in the mail like this past Tuesday. Told me the date and also told me where to go to sign up for the NetID. </p>
<p>There's a site for the sign-up, here i'll give you the link since the deadline to sign up is May 15th i think:</p>

<p>go there, u need to have ur UIN# that they gave you to fill it out.</p>
