<p>Can anyone offer their experience with storing their boarding school student's belongings during the summer months? In particular, did you use College Boxes or Public Storage or other options?</p>

At Blair, things can be stored in the basement of the dorm. After using this option for 3 years, nothing was ever missing in September.</p>
<p>Same at Exeter. Basement storage has been more than adequate.</p>
<p>We got told the same thing at many of the schools I toured with my daughter this year (she’s plotting on getting a loveseat for her room). One school noted that they had a service that would move the furniture and boxes to storage for the student, and then put them back in the room at the beginning of the school year.</p>
