<p>These are my top two choices. What makes one better than the other? What makes one worse than the other?</p>
<p>I have visited both schools and I have my opinions on each one, I just would like to know other viewpoints of the schools.

<p>Some comparisons from my DD, from suburban LI. Note that she is at UD and loving it; she has a lot of friends who are at Bing and love it.</p>
<p>UD - suburban location; Bing -middle of nowhere (people from that area might beg to differ, but this was DD’s impression)
UD - rah rah school spirit, including great football; Bing - nope
UD - more moderate weather; Bing - way too much snow
UD - about 40% in-staters; 60% or more from OOS; a lot of NY/NJ; Bing - almost all NYers (up to you which you like better or if it matters)
UD - easy access to other cities, like Philly, DC, Balt via train/amtrak; Bing - bus service; not sure about amtrak
UD more expensive than Bing for OOS (looks like you are OOS for both) - does this matter?</p>
<p>They both have a variety of majors - what are you interested in?</p>
<p>They are both excellent schools and great values. You can’t go wrong with either. Just need to figure out what is most important to YOU.</p>
<p>How much more expensive is UDel though for OOS? a couple of thousand/year or more?..</p>
