Supplemental Document

I submitted an application to a school with the deadline being today, Feb. 16, however I forgot a big supplemental form. Actually it's not any of the required stuff, but it's something that I mentioned in my application and I feel that it really adds to my case. Do you think I have a chance at it possibly being accepted still if I sent it right on Monday?

Yes, it is not at all unusual for ancillary materials to come in after the application deadline.

Its not a problem at all. As long as your main forms are on time and things aren't rolling in weeks too late, its no biggie.

Another concern I have is that for the College Official Report, my academic adviser did the paperwork wrong for the Common App section he needed to fill out. He completely left the comments section blank and the check list of how I stacked up against other students. But I'm guessing he addressed some of this in his letter he wrote for me. Should I call the school, whose deadline has passed, and explain to them what happened? I sent the paperwork that had been completed up to that point with the recommendation paper clipped together.
