<p>I'm getting my boss to write me a recommendation. He's known me for a while, and since I work such a hefty number of hours, my job really outshines any of my other ECs. Should I just give him an addressed envelope to Cornell and ask him to write one up for me, does Cornell have a special supplement form (I haven't found one yet), or should I print out one of the Common App Teacher forms, modify it, and get him to fill it out? Is this even a good idea?</p>
