I strongly strongly feel that a recommendation letter from my music teacher outside of school would present my character a lot better than my other recommendations. Don't get me wrong, those should be good... but my teacher has known me for years and I've gone through a lot with her.

Is it possible for me to send a recommendation letter by her to Penn? They don't say that you can't. I'm assuming this would have to be sent by mail??

you can definitely send supplementary recs, HOWEVER, my counselor also warned me that if you want to do it, first give it to your counselor and let your counselor send it to the college. If colleges see that YOU sent it, it looks kinda sketchy.

Also, not to hijack your thread, but to what address should I send the teacher recs to?
is it:
