Is there any way I can submit a supplemental recommendation from my boss?

Does Penn like for you to include a resume?

bumpitybump

I actuallly had the same question as you. so bump!

I’m attaching a resume at the additional information area of the Common app but I’m not sending in my supplement rec to UPENN because on the Common App section for the recs for UPENN, it stated to list two teachers and doesn’t give you any room for more unlike other schools so I would strongly think twice if you are to mail the rec. If it’ll say the same thing as your other two, don’t send it.

Is the additional information area supposed to be informal, resume like, paragraphs explaining things?

I want to send a recommendation letter from my music teacher and it’s relevant since I’m pursuing music in college so how does that work?

There’s an attached place where you can attach any documents so you can attach anything you want to let them know.

If it’s a recommendation like that, I would mail the recommendation in. I think the attached is more for the students to use. The recommendations are more formal and probably should be attached in the recommendations area or mailed in by the teacher himself.

I think I read on the Common App that if you don’t have your teacher down under the School Forms they won’t accept the letter? True? Will they mind if I send in my extra?

Yeah I think I will just write a little statement/extra AP scores that wouldn’t fit down there.
