<p>If you think sending an additional recommendation will significantly raise your opportunity to get admitted, then you should seriously consider submitting it, unless they specifically urges you not to do so.</p>

<p>I think if you have them all now, you should probably send them all in together. There is always a danger of materials sent after the deadline not arriving in time to be read with the application.</p>
