I started my 2013 year at my university and with this semester coming to a close my cumulative GPA is just above a 3.8. Completing 33 credit hours in the time I have been on campus, the reason I was suspended was over a drug charge with a lot of extenuating details that have gotten all of the charges dropped when explained in court, but unfortunately the school was much less lenient with their punishment on me. This brings me to my question, will this make it impossible for me to transfer schools given my GPA?

I doubt it will be impossible but you will probably have to explain what happened to each school and they’ll decide whether or not to admit you.
