TOK after school

should be a fun senior year, right?!?!

I wish we had a junior IB math class (I guess you had something like IB Math I if you're taking IB Math II), we don't have any offered. =(

if you dont have IB math classes how can you get the IB diploma??

SL math class during 12th grade?

oh ok, thats really strange. at my school, all of our core classes are two-year courses.

whats the difference between IB and AP? sorry if this sounds stupid.

AP is more widely accepted by colleges.

It also matters which of them are offered in your school.

...for college credit. IB classes are generally seen as more rigorous.

We have our choice of IB Calc or IB Math Studies our senior year. =/

We take IB Math Studies at SL junior year. Then as a senior you can choose between IB Math HL or AP Calc.

thnx for answering my question. my school offers only AP and i didnt know whether IB was preferred or something of that sort.

IB is accepted internationally. at my school, for junior year you can choose between IB Trig/Math Analysis, IB Math I SL, or AP Calc (this isnt an option this year though). And senior year you can choose from IB Math Studies, IB Math II SL, or IB Math HL. It is def. the most confusing course to choose!

Got my schedule as well.

APUSH/APLang first semester
Journalism
Health/Writ.Comp
AP Chemistry

Second semester:

Oceanography Research Lab

Fall: Psychology Spring: Anthropology

AP Calc BC

i love my easy schedule!

got mine!!!

AP European History

AP English Language

AP Calculus AB

AP Computer Science

AP Physics C

Lunch

AP World History

Spanish IV-H

First Semester:

-AP Environmental Science
-AP English Literature
-AP Calculus
-Honors Government/Econ

Second Semester:
-Advanced Biology
-English 12
-AP Calculus BC
-Honors French IV

My school is weird. AP classes go the whole year so they have to make up a name for the AP class so we can get credit for it. So it's "Advanced Biology" instead of Environmental Sci and I have to take regular English even though since AP classes are year long and we need the credit. It's so stupid.

Too easy? Yeah trying not to stress overload with sports/job and everything

1.Precalc
2.Dev. Psych
3.Dev. Psych
4.AP Lit/Comp
5.Honors Spanish 4
6.Physics
7.Survey Social Problems (Required sr. class)
