Hey guys, I just happen to have a problem thats been bothering me for the past few days and Im just wondering if anyone can give me and headsup or insights to it:
I am currently a senior in highschool and I've already been admitted into some awesome colleges. I am taking 4 ap classes yet they are based on social sciences and economics which is what i intended and will be majoring in college. However, for math courses I am currently taking precalc class and honestly, I am failing. I've comed for extra help whenever i can and i ask my friends who are in clac to help me out yet I still stuggle alot. I know its almost 2nd semester and my midterms and midyear reports are coming out and I know this will definitely not look great on my senior transcript but I am thinking about switching out of Precalc in to a easier course. Math was never my strongest thing and I worked very hard to get into my precalc class but I am struggling alot and I dont want to end up with F for the course. My teacher told me she can see my improvements and how much effort i put in. I have until friday to make up my mind for deciding whether or not I wanna switch out of precalc. Can anyone tell me how much impact if will have on my other college admission decisions and how will it look on my senior transcript?. Do you suggest staying or switch out of precalc?
THANKS GUYS! YOUR ANSWERS WILL MEAN A WHOLE LOT TO ME.

You will need to call the colleges that you have been accepted to and ask them; some schools want four years of math (mandatory); others no big deal…but without knowing which schools you have been accepted to, hard to advise you
