switching majors within steinhardt after acceptance

hey guys! So, I did yet into one of my top choice schools with quite a bit of money, but I didn’t get into my school of choice (CAS econ). I got into steinhardt, my 2nd choice, as an education studies major. I would like to call NYU and switch my major within steinhardt in a few days to either media, culture, communications or applied psychology, and ultimately transfer into CAS as a sophomore/junior, maybe even stern lol.

does anyone know about the workload between the two and which one is best for business?

Stern is virtually impossible to transfer into, but you can easily switch to CAS after your first year. For your first year, your major doesn’t even matter because you will be taking almost all core classes. Stern has a heavier workload but it’s definitely the best for business.
