switching majors

I was accepted today (woo) for chemistry but since applying my interest has changed to engineering. I know doing a school change is difficult, but I feel I have the stats to make the change. my question is how exactly do I go about this? any info is greatly appreciated!

bump. there’s so many new threads!

You might try calling the Engineering school and asking if they can change you now. If they don’t, you’ll have to do all of this:

You have to attend a change of major workshop with the engineering school (or at least I assume you do; one has to for criminal justice) after meeting all the LEP requirements. Fortunately, the LEP requirements are all the courses one would take even if directly admitted as an engineering major, so it’s not like you’re wasting time. As long as you meet the requirements, you’re fine.
