I am having trouble deciding between Syracuse or Gettysburg College. I know that both are good schools, but they are different in many ways. My guidance counselor told me that the level of education could be better at Gettysburg, but that Syracuse has a lot of prestige along with its name.
Also both are supplying a lot of financial aid, so that isn't a problem in my deciding.
Just wondering if anyone could post their opinions on the schools.
Thanks.

Hi Cgorms21, hmm this really depends upon what you want for your college experience. LAC vs Big East University life. Big college sports, medium size city, frat parties, a bit of a swim or sink environment, bigger class sizes vs small LAC, small city, likely more consistently intellectual environment, smaller class sizes, more personal attention.

It really depends what you are looking for. If you can visit both and just "feel" them. Ask yourself where you are most comfortable and trust your intuition. The one great thing is that you can't make a bad decision :-) Both are great choices!

Thanks for your feedback. I am going to be visiting both within the next week to see which I feel more comfortable at. You are right though I feel as though it is a Win-Win situation with whichever one I choose.
