@2h5a00 Did everyone in your school who heard back last week get accepted? My son’s guidance counselor truly believes the waves are random so it may not be bad news if you hear tomorrow.

Where does it say how much the Admission Acceptance deposit is? Also, can someone share what is the package that comes in the mail? we only got the one page letter by email last Friday and no other details are on myslice.
@FiveO5 The package is simply a folder. Inside there is a single sheet with the same message that was sent last Friday, an advertisement with quotes and a bumper sticker.

Hi guys, I know I am a little late to post my stats but here we go.
Private school white girl from Maryland
SAT 1600: 1260
Weighted GPA: 4.0
Unweighted GPA: I believe it is a 3.8
Have taken 7 APs total (3 junior year, 4 senior year). All other classes are honors courses.
Involved in 10+ extracurriculars including 3 bands, 2 choruses, school newspaper and tv show, manager of two varsity sports (men’s basketball and rugby).
My application says it is complete, but nothing is on my MySlice.
I applied to Newhouse back in December and have not heard back yet. I am scared of these rumors if I get an email tomorrow, I’ll be super disappointed. I have other classmates who applied to Falk College and College of Arts and Sciences who have heard back and I haven’t. Should I be worried at all?
Anyone have an idea of when financial aid will come out?
@tyricc I heard a lot of my peers say that for the most part they are finalized already, since merit scholarships were attached with the acceptance letters.

My financial aid is not yet on MySlice, I was already accepted in the first wave though with $10K merit
@lemmesleep well scholarships are not all of financial aid, still have federal and school grants. Also on my myslice clicking on Finacial Aid it says no awards at this time, but I have gotten need based aide from every other college
@queennaijacc3 It’s been there since the day I got my acceptance. All of my FA is there, including merit, work-study, and federal loans.
I would contact Syracuse if your financial aid still isn’t there.
