hey you should really call admissions. Everyones decision should be out by now… I think.
I didn’t receive an email the day everyone did but I was supposed to. I am in international student and the regional manager who lives where I live sent me an email congratulating me on my acceptance… and I was like which program did I get into and she replied, did you not receive an email Monday night. Then she contacted them and I finally got the email a couple hours later. </p>

<p>Did everyone get decisions yet? I tried calling and they’re closed until jan 5th. Will decisions be made during this time or will they be given out after? I’m currently a freshman in college and was applyingn for the coming spring semester and my current school starts on jan 7th, so there’s 2 days of notice on whether I get in or have to go to my current school</p>

<p>Does anyone know how syracuse feels about deadlines? I’m applying ED II and ALL the stuff I can get in myself is there. My sat scores, my portfolio, the actual application, the ED form, everything except my two recommendation letters. I asked my teachers to write them all the way back in October and I’ve been checking in on them continuously but I can’t contact anyone right now because of the holidays so IF they don’t get in on time (God I hope and pray they do.)) what is my application situation like? Will they have mercy? </p>

<p>I think it’s fine so long as your stuff is in. The recommendations and stuff don’t exactly have to be in by the deadline, but if everything is in earlier it just gives them more time to review application </p>

<p>You’re not alone. Just call them and let them know. I also have to turn in my Math recommendation for SU’s Engineering program. My teacher hasn’t even started but he will once we’re back because he should have gotten the email. </p>

<p>Yes for Early Decision 1applicants, will get notified by mid-January, though I wonder how it’s going to work out after filling out the FAFSA by February 1. </p>

<p>For Regular applicants, they will get notified mid to late- march. </p>

I spoke with admissions today they said they are still sending out ED1 emails. We should know any day now.

Hi guys! I am proud to say that as of today I have been accepted ED 1 to my first choice of Newhouse’s Television, Radio, and Film major! I got my email at 5:40pm and I could not be any happier!!!
