How many people typically get into the Discovery program?
S accepted to college of Arts and Sciences and Renee Crown Honors program with Chancellors scholarship for $15K/yr. From Massachusetts.
Exact same as above for my daughter also from MA: honors program and $15k scholarship to A&S program!
Just a tip: your myslice page will change before you get the email. My email came about 30 minutes after I had learned about my acceptance through myslice, Also, congrats to those in honors. Cuse’s honors program is awesome and offers so many cool classes! I encourage those of you who were not automatically accepted to wait (I wasn’t notified of my acceptance until almost May even though I applied ED) or just apply!
Has anyone received acceptance notification who did not get a merit scholarship? Judging by the sample of people who have heard so far, it looks like scholarship winners have been notified first.

@Syracuse19 What do you mean it changes? Because on my myslice account there is a survey under university information which wasn’t previously there before and says its for faculty staff and students
@Kheredia Sorry for not being more specific. I meant your admissions acceptance form will change. Once you’ve been accepted it will say so. An email about your admissions decision is not the first thing that happens once a decision has been reached. The survey is for current students and staff at Cuse. It’s just to gauge general feelings about the university.
@Syracuse19 should i take it as a bad sign if my admission acceptance page still says “this page is currently unavailable for you to use.” ? 
My son received his acceptance to the business school yesterday. It was an email that linked to his acceptance letter. He received 25k a year merit aid and honors college. The admissions department even called today to congratulate him personally. He was definitely impressed and I was as well. He hasn’t checked my slice yet to see if the status has changed. Congrats to all!
@amatos12 Nope! That just means that they haven’t reached a decision yet! That’s what mine said all the way up until I was accepted

@amatos12 @Syracuse19 I was also wondering when you became notified. I really hope Syracuse sends out the next wave of decisions earlier because waiting until mid-late March would be such a drag
@amatos12 @Kheredia I applied ED so I found out back in December. You guys don’t realize this, but finding out this early is a blessing. Last year people found out about ED I and II around this time. Mid March is usually when people hear back. And last year some didn’t hear back from Cuse until the end of April at which point they had already committed to another school due to the May 1st deadline. I know that it’s stressful, but admissions are going out earlier this year than they have for the past couple of years.
