Hi, I had a question. On my UCSC TAG application, I noted that I would take all my spring 2014 classes at my CCC close to home. Now that my TAG application was approved and I submitted my UC app, I found that one of my course (Psych 7A) will not be offered at the CCC that I listed down. It is being offered in another sister college. Will my TAG be voided? What should I do now?

I can’t say for certainty, but it seems to be like easy fix if you talk with that UC campuses representative. As long as that other Psych course is fully articulated with the UC campus you chose, I don’t think there would be a problem. Now that I thinking about it, I have the exact same problem (didn’t worried about it though). Make sure you enroll in the necessary class for next semester and speak to your UC rep as soon as possible. Last time I had to make adjustments to my AP scores (for not remembering what my actual scores were) for my TAG application and they were more than willing to help.

If you don’t know a UC representative on your campus either contact their TAG department directly or check in with your campuses transfer center and see if someone there could better assist you. Hopefully this helps, and thanks for reminding me of something that I should also check.

Thank you for replying. I was freaking out because UCSC TAG contract did say that any changes will void my TAG. I will speak to a counselor responsive for TAG as soon as possible.
