I'm a senior in high school working hard to get into West Point hence my username; but I find it that when most of my friends go on college visits they don't sit down in a class to see how it feels. I find it stupid that anyone who goes to a college they are considering wouldn't take a class to see how it all feels to them. When I visited Florida State I took an Astronomy class and it was AMAZING!

Different strokes for different folks

or a bit of common sense!

You be the judge!

P.S. it's only rude to walk into a lecture when there is already a sign up saying not to!

I visited 9 colleges in 6 days, driving down the entire East Coast to do so. Attending lectures doesn't look so attractive with that kind of schedule.

Edit: Of course it's a good idea normally, but everyone who doesn't do it isn't some kind of freak.

Okay its not THAT big of a deal not to. Regardless of a class you go to, you cant base your judgements of the school on one class. They will all be so different that it really doesnt matter. But thats just what I think.
