Taking AP World History in trade of Research Chem ?

I’m currently a freshmen, and I’m having a hard time deciding whether I should take AP world or not my sophomore year. My planned schedule for next year will have all honors for my core classes, so I’m hesitant to take an AP class (also taking account of the extracurricular I do that will take up my time).

This is my schedule for next year:
Math Analysis H
Research Chemistry H
English 10H
AP World History
Latin 4
Computer Science
PE/Health 10

I’m planning on doing novel writing club (which takes up a lot of my time), debate club, latin club, guitar classes, learning 2 other languages on my own, and soccer in the fall. I am a hard worker and get straight A’s, but from what I’ve heard from juniors and teachers, AP world gives a lot of work but is a good class (also taking an AP next year will help me prepare for other APs). I do want to push myself and take challenging classes, but I’m afraid taking all of those honors/AP classes will be too much for me. I plan to do something medical/science/math related in the future, so if I took regular chemistry instead of research to make room for AP World history, would that be my best choice? Or should I take research chemistry and just take academic world history? Which would be best for colleges to see? I might just be overthinking things, but for the past few weeks I’ve been indecisive about which courses to take for next year. Math and Science are my stronger subjects, but I somewhat like history too. I’m going to talk to my guidance counselor soon about this, but I’m just wondering about some of your opinions on this.

Do both. You’ll be busy but you’ll never know what you’re capable of unless you push yourself. If the AP class at your school is a taught well, it will be worth it.

Thank you !
