<p>Yes, they can. I know somebody that took a civil engineering course “for fun.” However, it’s very rare as it doesn’t really fulfill any of the Trinity requirements and also many Pratt courses have pre-requisites, so you would be confined to intro-level courses. But, they’re not going to stop you from registering for a Pratt course on ACES.</p>
