Taking general chemistry, anatomy/physiology, and calculus in one semester

I’m planning to take general chemistry w/ lab , Human anatomy/physiology w/ lab and calculus in one semester. Is that a bad idea or is it doable ? Thank you for your help and thoughts.

Depends on how strong of a student you are. I did something similar freshman year (throw-in a writing-intensive course as well) and it was incredibly rough. However, I’ve seen people on here say, “no big deal” to something similar. I think if you have good study habits and can pick-up the material fairly quickly, you’ll be fine.

It is certainly doable for someone, but you need to figure out if that’s doable for you. Labs tend to suck up a lot of time out of the week, so take that into account even if they aren’t “difficult” labs. I would agree that it wouldn’t be too bad if you know you’re a determined student and can pick up science/math somewhat easily.

Are you a freshman? How are you doing in your first semester and what classes are you taking right now?

If this is your forte then it’s definitely doable. If you aren’t a full on science and math person you might be miserable.
