Taking Math 33B before Math 32B?

I'm a freshman trying to come up with my desired schedule for Spring Quarter. Right now, I'm enrolled in Chem 20B, Chem 20L, and Physics 4AL.

During second pass, I'm definitely going to enroll for Physics 1B but I'm also considering signing up for Math 32B (if I do this, I will drop Physics 4AL). So far, I've taken Math 31B (got an A-) and I'm currently taking Math 32A (I feel like I understand it well but I made some stupid mistakes on the first midterm. I'm expecting to end up with a B). I also got credit for 31A from AP classes.

Anyways, I can't sign up for 32B because the only class that fits into my schedule is closed now. So in order to not fall behind in the Math series, I was looking into taking either 33A or 33B since they don't require 32B as a pre-requisite. However, only 33B will fit into my schedule.

So my question is, if I did well on 31B and 32A, will I be able to handle 33B or would I be at a disadvantage since I won't have taken 32B/33A yet, even though they're not required?

Also, part of my motivation for doing this is because I don't want to take 2 labs during the same quarter (Chem 20L and Physics 4AL). Is this a good idea or is taking 2 labs at the same time not a big deal?

There’s isn’t anything in 32B that’s of use in 33A or 33B. You won’t be at a disadvantage.

^ QFT.

33B is basic derivatives and integration. No need for 32B material.

i’m doing chem and lab and physics and lab lol hope it doesn’t kill me was even considering taking 32B but it filled up with the time slot i needed
