taking SAT Subject Test in December...

I was going to take it this weekend, but a huge conflict erupted and I had to change it to December 3rd. According to college board, the score will be sent out December 23rd, with all application things being due on January 3rd. I know reasonably if they say it will be out December 23rd, it WILL be out December 23rd, but I'm terrified that something is going to go wrong and college board will not get it there by the deadline.

If this happens, will I be accountable? Will they be able to see that I took the test and that my scores were just delayed for insert whatever reason? I am going to send the scores ASAP (as in, most likely even before I take the test)... will that be seen? I have already taken one subject test, this is my second, as I am more prepared to take this one right now than I was previously.

You are totally totally fine. If your testing comes in after the deadline, you’ll be fine. We’re not jerks, and we won’t penalize you for the Collegeboard’s weirdness.

^^Great answer! Thanks - D is in the same situation.
