So, I got my AP scores back, and I got a AP5 in Biology. And, I am exempt from taking Biol 220/221 and Biol 225/256. These are usually the classes that freshman take. So, I have the chance to take upper level (sophomore and junior) classes.

I feel like I should skip, because only 5-6% of the people who take the test get a 5 in Biology in the first place, and I think that I might be ready. And, frankly, the more specific courses that sophomores and juniors take are more interesting than the beginning courses.

Here is a class I am interested in: developmental bio ( course no. 433). I checked the prereqs on the open course list and it only needs Biol 220 and Biol 225. Yay!

And, I am also planning on taking: a 300 level bio class, an introductory chemistry class, a fine arts class, and maybe an intermediate ( I have the AP credit) history class of some sort.

I was wondering if a freshman should have this schedule in the first place. Will I be taking too many science classes?
Does anyone know if Developmental Biology is doable? Do freshman usually take these classes?
