Taking the Jan SAT or Feb ACT

<p>i applied RD (jan. x deadline). if i take the Jan. SAT or the Feb ACT, can I still submit that in to the colleges I applied to? If I scored higher than the SAT/ACT I originally submitted, will they take that into consideration?</p>
