So I emailed the TASP Admissions Office and they said they “will be sending out letters to TASP applicants at the end of the week (yes and no interview letters).”
Awh that makes me sad
End of the week? So more waiting? bites fingernails nervously.
I’d rather receive no email at all than have to open up a rejection letter…it’d be easier to forget about it without having to read it
So do you think end of the week will mean Thursday, Friday, or Saturday?
Probably a workday, so Thursday or Friday. I’m betting it’s Friday though.
It’s too bad we don’t all live in the same city. If so, then those of us that receive bad news could group up and go pig out on ice cream together

Maybe if we’re lucky, they just said end of the week because they weren’t sure which day it would be on, and we could get it tomorrow or Wednesday? crosses fingers

So I’m thinking my application and there are soo many books I wish I would’ve added to my list…and additionally I had a concussion while doing my final writing and editing so you could say I’m pretty nervous

@thegoldenage Yes to ice cream! I’ll probably pig out on my own upon getting a rejection. I won’t be too sad though, at least ~60 other kids will be getting the amazing experience.
(Seriously though emails coming in to my phone today have been HELLA stressful…)
AALKSDJFKLASDJFKLA I have three tests this week but I’m so distracted and now we have to wait all week ahh.
I won’t be able to pig out on ice-cream, but I can eat a ton of gummybears instead. That’s probably what’ll happen…but who knows? Odds are that at least a few of us in here will get interviews.
This is about TASS, but do you guys know how selective TASS is? I just got a letter in the mail saying I’m a finalist for the interview and I just can’t beleive I got it!! I’m starting to think it wasn’t selective (not that selectivity matters, I just think it’s a great program) if I got in. I mean I feel average!!! It makes me wonder what made me stand out
Going back to my earlier question, I heard that last year they staggered the emails so not everybody got the email on the first day. This makes me think it will either start Thursday or keep us on the edge of our seats all weekend.
Ugh but that is so vague…what EXACTLY qualifies as “end of the week”?

slowest week of my life…it’s still tuesday…
I was going to go back and reread my essays today, but there is literally nothing I can do about them now haha… What’s done is done, I’m just keeping in mind that I will still be the same person before and after I get an interview or rejected…yes it would be an amazing summer experience but there are tons of other opportunities too if I don’t get in 
I just called to recheck and they said end of the week definitely, and I asked if they would come in batches since they did last year and the lady said “well it was like that last year because our e-mailing patterns are weird so we’ll see”. She didn’t actually give me a proper answer, lol. And when I asked if international students would be getting notifications at the same time as national, she said that they will probably get e-mails as opposed to hard copies (no duh), but she’ll have to check if they get them at the same time. And when she said she’d check I thought she would put me on hold, but nope she just closed the phone. What a mess of a phone call.
