@Janebob
You’re welcome and good luck
@Po1aris
Finished like 8 minutes later, and at 11:59, the form said I had entered in some data incorrectly…
I felt like I had a heart attack as I submitted

@Apollo11 Wow! I hope everything got through okay. I actually wanted to check some of my stuff over but I didn’t want to experience any technical difficulties so I vowed to submit it at least 5 minutes before it the time was up ._. Still, my hands were shaking.
@Po1aris Oh god…I looked up after submitting the app and saw a tremor in my hands.
I started the essay on site preference with 10 minutes to go.
I feel like I half-assed my whole app… All my essays were less than 1000 words… Oh well, perks of being a procrastinator
LOL, I’ve found my kin- I did my entire application in the last 24 hours. Don’t think it was very good and it definitely could’ve been better, but you gotta live with your choices, amirite. At least I applied.
Good luck to everyone here! I’m excited for March.
I wrote my critical analysis on the Picture of Dorian Gray, talking about how the idea that only death can atone for sins was harsh, shortsighted, and inhumane. I wrote it in the thirty minutes before sending in the app, haha, so it only came out to be around 900ish words. Glad to see a lot of us are in the same boat.
But I forgot to put in a lot of the books I read because I was in such a rush. I only put down three.
Did anyone do a film or tv show? I was considering doing one…
If anyone is interested in trading essays, pm me! Deadline’s over and I wanna see how fellow TASP applicants did
@say5256 I was going to do a film but ended up doing an advertisement instead…this is the first critical analysis I’ve written though so I’m not quite sure how it turned out lol.
@say5256 I did a film! Monty Python and the holy grail. @BulletPoet I would love to exchange essays
I’d like to exchange the maturity essay, if that’s cool with anyone. I want to see what others wrote about.
hey guys! I wrote about an Ellen Hopkins book lol for my critical analysis
I wrote some weird topics but if anyone wants to trade PM me (:
If anybody wants to trade PM me:)
Also, it just crossed my mind today but I really, REALLY wish I had analyzed the hell out of American Sniper instead of the book I did.
I wrote my essays the day off, starting at 9:00 PM, but they were all about 1,000 words [except for the location one, which was really short].
Anyway, anyone just want to PM their essays? Can’t quite find mine right now…
I would love some feedback on my essays–if someone could teach me how to this “PM” thing works. I’m new to this…
@asappebble Same here. I was very confused about how to write a critical analysis. I’m used to writing a literary analysis.
I’m okay with giving feedback on essays. I’m interested to see what everyone else wrote. However, I’m having trouble finding mine. I saved them in jiffy bc I was procrastinating and can’t remember what I named each file. Feel free to send me a PM.
I saved my paper on a different computer at my dad’s house who lives like 4 hours away, but if you want feedback on your essays feel free to PM me as well. I’m excited to see what you guys wrote:)
Do you guys think that seminar choices will effect admissions? Do they choose applicants before seminars or seminars before applicants? (like divide them up into groups)? Do people typically get their first choices?
