TCNJ REGULAR DECISION CLASS OF 2022

Nothing back today. :frowning:

4 more days til April 1st and nothing yet :frowning: I canā€™t believe they are sending a physical letter lol

I agree, electronically is so much easier.
This is all making me worried, but I do have backups that I did get into so Iā€™m happy either way.

wait list for nursing 2 months agoā€¦no decision yet - also asked to change major and didnā€™t. Why do they wait so long for decision??? Very frustrating!

Nothing again today- donā€™t even know what to think except this is pretty lousy just to say no.

Maybe weā€™re the borderline people, and theyā€™re waiting for more people to commit/deny TCNJ before sending out our decisions

but wouldnā€™t that mean the decisions would go out after April 1st thenā€¦? that just means waitlist

Iā€™m thinking all rejections will go out via portal this week

TCNJ send out letters for rejections too, my friend got one

Given they already sent out letter to those received email for changing major, I am not optimistic.

This is normal for TCNJ . It is tough to wait but but perfectly normal for them .I have one son whoā€™s finishing up his junior year and one who is accepted Early Decision and received his letter Dec 1. A couple more day of patience. Good luck to all.

My son got his accepatance letter today, so donā€™t lose hope, all who are waiting! Also a scholarship of 5K per year. He applied as a Communications major, though that is certain to be changed. Good luck to everyone

Nothing today again :frowning:

Son received his acceptance on Monday.
$3,000. merit scholarship.
Received $11,000, $10,000 and $9,000 offers from other state schools.
Itā€™s going to be a tough call.

Are honors program invitations still going out? I received a merit scholarship but havenā€™t heard anything about the honors program. I received my acceptance to the nursing program on February 24th.

Itsdecisiontime, what are the other state schools, and if you donā€™t mind, what are your sonā€™s stats? Have a junior who is very interested in TCNJ , but Iā€™m trying to get a rough idea as to what to expect compared to other schools.

Hi NJmom.
He applied to TCNJ, Rowan, Ramapo, Stockton and William Paterson.
We decided early on to narrow the field to public in-state colleges with an undergrad enrollment of 15,000 or less.
GPA 4.1 and SAT 1400.
Good luck to your Junior. You are smart to start researching your options early !

I hope they do not mean sending out the letter on April 1.

You will receive the letter by April 1st. Since April 1st is a Sunday this year you will receive it by March 31st

Nothing in mail again today. Will we really know by 4/1?
