<p>I also love BC but don't have stats to get in. </p>
<p>CofC is not the place to go for sports fans, and the gender ratio is significantly lopsided (although the Citadel nearby helps). CofC does have a beautiful campus that is very much part of the city, and excellent programs in history and art. </p>
<p>TCU satisfies all of the the criteria you mention. Not familiar enough with Clemson or Boulder to weigh in.</p>
